You must go to the bottom left to get the blue key, then to the bottom right to enter the telenet. Pick up the chips and the red key. Use the red key to open the door, then find the exit. If you find hitting the fireballs is too frustrating, map the teleports so that you always exit a teleport into the safe area. Here is the map. The first teleport enter from the right, the second go up, etc. Follow this sequence from the first teleport:
