UUUDLLUURRRRRLLLDDRRRRUUUUU. Push the block into the water. Now push the two blocks into the bombs and pick up that chip. Up at the top toggle the wall to trap the balls. Use the block you find here and the other block at the lower right to finish building your path across the water to get the last chip. Now beat the flyers, return to the chip socket, and exit.
