Partly from the Fallout Bibles, but more from interviews with the
developers I have gathered some info on who created which parts of the
Fallout games and the Fallout universe. In alphabetical order according
to surname.
Chris Avellone
New Reno, Myron, Vault City finishing touches.
Scott Bennie:
Dr. Wu (actually, all of the Cathedral above ground, except
Morpheus), Locksley, Jake, Iguana Bob, The Mysterious Stranger Perk.
Leonard Boyarsky:
Retro future, vault boy, cards,
the final version of the Boneyard.
He personally sculpted the head of the Overseer,
all the other heads and models were done by Scott Rodenhizer.
Tim Cain:
Vault experiments.
Scott Campbell:
Details about the raiders, most of which did not make it into the
final version.
John Deiley:
Goris.
Jess Heinig:
ZAX, party members, power fist,
the bounty hunters,
some Wasteland references.
Dave Hendee:
Hub Police, Vic.
Chris Holland:
Scripted the gambling tables in Fallout 2.
Brian Menze:
Pip-boy images.
Matt Norton:
Sulik, Lenny, the "dumb" conversation with Torr.
Mark O'Green:
All the spoken dialog.
Scott Rodenhizer:
All the head models except the Overseer.
Dan Spitzley:
Helped program the special locations triggered by the magic eight-ball.
Jason Suinn:
The shotgun wedding in Modoc.
Chris Taylor:
Most of Junktown.
Feargus Urquhart
A lot of the Boneyard, second pass on Vault City.
If there is a character named MacRae,
it's usually designed by Feargus Urquhart, since MacRae is his
middle name. Cassidy's name was originally MacRae.
Of course this list is incomplete. If some entries seem
contradictory, that's how I found them in my sources.
